To make sure your return goes smoothly, please ensure:

They’re in their original condition

All original tags and packaging are included

Items show no signs of wear, damage, or makeup marks

Once your return arrives and I’ve inspected it, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Some banks may take a few extra days to reflect the refund.)

Who Covers the Return Shipping?

I want to be as honest and transparent as possible:

  • If the item is perfectly fine but you simply wish to return or exchange it, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — I will absolutely cover the return shipping and make it right.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it.
After this window, the order has already begun processing and can no longer be canceled — but don’t worry, I’ll still assist with anything you need.

Non-Returnable Items
